General Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before using Our Site. These Terms and Conditions, together with any other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use governing your use of this website, www.chasemygrades.com (“Our Site”). Your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions is indicated by your use of Our Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Our Site immediately.
All videos are protected and as such can only be watched via the student portal. Videos are not for public use and only videos downloaded from the shop can be used outside of the website. There is a separate subscription for video downloads, allowing for public use in classrooms and other establishments.
Chase My Grades reserves the right to cancel subscription at any time. If your subscription is cancelled then you will not be charged the following months subscription but you access will cease immediately.

Videos are uploaded every week. In Physics, Biology and Chemistry this consists of 1 content video and 1 response video for each subject. These videos are available for a calendar month and will be removed once the month is finished on the last calendar day of that month. Once the videos are removed from the subscribers page they will be placed in the shop, available for purchase at a later stage. If a calendar month has 5 working weeks then 5 content videos and 5 response videos will be uploaded.
Abusive language will not be tolerated and Chase My Grades reserves the right to cancel subscription if such a message is sent via email.
Chase My Grades cannot guarantee grade improvement, however the staff at Chase My Grades have a wealth of experience in tutoring and have improved students grades in the past. Chase My Grades aims to provide the course content that will allow you to improve your own grade.
We exercise reasonable skill and care to ensure that Our Site is secure and free from viruses and malware; however, We do not guarantee that this is the case. You are responsible for protecting your hardware, software, data, and other material from viruses, malware, and other internet security risks.
You must not deliberately introduce viruses or other malware, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful either to or via Our Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Our Site, the server on which Our Site is stored, or any other server, computer, or database connected to Our Site.
You must not attack Our Site by means of a denial of service attack, a distributed denial of service attack, or by any other means. By breaching the provisions of above you may be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
We may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your use of Our Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Consequently, any changes made to these Terms and Conditions will apply to your use of Our Site the first time you use it after the changes have been implemented. Under the General Data Protection Act we will strive to keep all data safe. All data is stored on a private and protected server. No data is available publicly. Chase My Grades does not require any personal information from its users. Chase My Grades only stores email addresses on its server.

Safeguarding
Chase My Grades follows all safeguarding national laws and as such we reserve the right to pass on confidential information to appropriate services should a disclosure be made that harms the user or someone else. Chase my Grades can only be contacted via the email button and no personal data needs to be given.
There is no interaction on the website between users. This protects all users from any issues that may arise in such circumstances.
Chase My Grades acknowledges its duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and is committed to ensuring safeguarding practices reflect statutory responsibilities, government guidance and reflects best practice.
